- Domestic orders (UK): Usually arrive within 3–5 business days.
- International orders: May take between 7–14 business days, depending on the destination.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track your package directly using the tracking number provided.
5. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your pillow, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, as long as the product is unused and in its original condition.

10. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but if you receive a damaged or defective pillow, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to arrange a return or exchange.
